Ingredients
We use the juice of unripe Chardonnay grapes from the Paradis vineyard in eastern France. These grapes provide Volée with its uniquely sweet, fruity base. And since the grapes aren’t fermented, it’s all entirely alcohol-free.
The other half of Volée's base is made up of Verjus, the juice of unripe grapes. But this time, they come from Germany, specifically from Rheinhessen. They add a slightly bitter, sour note that, combined with the sweeter French grapes, gives Volée its uniquely complex flavor profile.
Grapefruit is at the heart of Volée's flavor profile. It balances sweetness with a hint of bitterness and is incredibly healthy. And because we love grapefruit so much, all of our signature Volée cocktails can have a slice of it—perfect as a garnish on the glass.
We love the light, floral note that elderflower brings, perfectly highlighting Volée's origin from the southern French coast.
Its flavor instantly evokes memories of summer vibes, even though its juicy sweetness is enjoyable all year round.
Volée’s final note comes from this special, cold-brewed herbal tea, which perfectly completes and balances Volée’s complexity.
